A former Graysville Commissioner levied criminal assault
allegations against a current city commissioner during the public comments section of Thursday’s
meeting and said he plans to take legal action in the matter.
Former city commissioner Robbie
Davenport alleged that current commissioner Charles Kaylor drove by his home on Pikeville Avenue in
Graysville on Dec. 22 and waved a gun at Davenport while he was standing in his front yard,
according to a Graysville Police Department incident report.
