Howard L. Taylor 90th Birthday Celebration — A 90th birthday celebration for former Rhea County School Superintendent Howard L. Family and Community Education Club Planning Meeting — The Rhea County UT Extension Office will be offering Family and Consumer Education Clubs beginning in 2014. Previously known by names such as Home Demonstration Clubs and Extension Homemakers, FCE clubs provide an opportunity to meet with friends and learn through shared experiences, improve home and community life, strengthen adult education, promote projects which enhance family and community life and to have fun!
