I work with a lot of 20- and 30-somethings. I also have a lot of younger gal pals. And now that Iím back at UTC, I get a dose of college life every Tuesday night. For heavenís sake, even my professor is younger than me Ė she graduated with her Masters in Accountancy in December. This is not what I would consider my ideal age. That was 29. I am thankful for every day that Iím pushing grass down rather than up, as my friend, JD, is fond of saying. But being a woman of age can be difficult.
