Dear Readers, This week I want you to meet a great cook from up in Spring City! I first became acquainted with Juanita Edwards when I taught her daughter a few years back. No matter what the occasion, delicious treats arrived from the Edwards’ house and over time Juanita has shared some wonderful recipes with me, so I was just delighted when she agreed to help me with a column.
