David Gaither, with Generations/Gaither LLC, confirmed on Friday that the mental health facilities company is eying the old hospital for use as a mental health center.
Gaither also said that the building could conceivably be a “lock-down” facility, which would house more severe mentally ill patients than the three houses recently acquired in south Dayton.
