The end is in sight for the new Rhea County High School project as well as the the transition of the old high school into the new Rhea Middle School, according to contractors working on the project. Jamie Spencer, of Hewlett Spencer LLC, the group heading the construction project, used a baseball analogy to explain the state of the project. "We are rounding third and heading home. May, for us, is a very critical month. We were dried in just after Christmas, and this is when we are in the finishing stages,” Spencer said.
