The firing of former Rhea County Administrator of Elections Theresa Snyder has drawn the attention of some members of the Dayton City Council, who said earlier this month that they would be keeping a close eye on the upcoming special-called election.
A seat on the city council became vacant after mayor Gary Louallen won his bid for mayor last month and vacated his council seat.
