As every one has received the gift, even so minister . . . as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. (1 Peter 4:10)
“Redeeming the time, because the days are evil,” the Apostle Paul admonished Christian believers (Eph. 5:16). Now the Apostle Peter urges the same counsel, but with a new approach. “The time past of our lives may suffice us,” he wrote, “to have wrought the will of the Gentiles” (4:2).
