The Watts Bar Lake Association will host the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at its spring general membership meeting to be held Thursday, March 21, at 7 p.m. at the Spring City Municipal Building.

The focus of the meeting will be a presentation by Matt Emmons, facility manager of the Chickamauga Dam Lock and Lt. Col. James James with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Nashville.
