The Rhea County School Board heard a sobering report Thursday from Rhea County Sheriff’s Department Investigator Rocky Potter about sexual assault of children and a program the school system could join in order to educate young students on the perils of sexual assault.
Potter addressed the board during its work session on Thursday with a representative from the Children’s Advocacy Center, a state agency with centers across the state.
