Members of the Spring City Commission joined the Dayton City Council in voicing its opposition to judicial redistricting at the legislative body’s regular monthly meeting on Thursday.

Spring City Mayor Billy Ray Patton said that a copy of a resolution decrying the state’s push to redistrict the 31 judicial districts in the state will be sent to State Sen, Ken Yager, R-Harriman, and State Rep. Ron Travis, R-Dayton.
