Seven people have been arrested over the course of five days by the Rhea County Sheriff’s Department [RCSD] on charges relating to the manufacture of methamphetamine, according to arrest reports, and one of those meth lab busts involved a 6-month-old child.
According to an arrest report, a 6-month-old child was taken by the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services on Friday, Feb. 22, after sheriff’s deputies allegedly found the child in proximity to items used to manufacture meth in the Harrison Road home of Lena Hamill, 19, and Nick Dawson, 19, in Spring City.
