Man charged with rape, incest

A Graysville man is facing a rape charge after the Rhea County Grand Jury handed down the indictment earlier this month.

Oscar Livingston, 43, of Burnett Street in Graysville, was charged with rape of a child and incest after he allegedly sexually assaulted a child between March 1, 2012, and Aug. 31, 2012, according to the indictments.
