A Dayton man is under arrest after allegedly driving a stolen car while drunk, wrecking it and then evading arrest, according to a Dayton Police Department [DPD] report.
Justin Cody Davis, 24, of Old Washington Highway, has been arrested and faces a myriad of charges. He has been charged with seven misdemeanors, including resisting arrest, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license, and one felony, theft greater than $10,000.
