A couple from Spring City have both been arrested by the Rhea County Sheriff’s Department and charged with felonies for the alleged manufacturing of methamphetamine, according to a Rhea County Sheriff’s Department [RCSD] arrest report.

Jeffery Loyd Buxton, 53, and Donna Marie Buxton, 50, both have been charged with initiation of a process intended to result in the manufacture of methamphetamine and promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, both felonies.
