A Meigs County Sheriff’s Department deputy was arrested Wednesday after the Rhea County grand jury indicted him on charges stemming from his alleged role in a shooting in Spring City in September 2012.

Bradley Collins, 35, of Spring City, is facing one count of aggravated assault and two counts of reckless endangerment, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation [TBI], which investigated the alleged shooting.
