At a stop in Dayton on Thursday, U.S. Rep. Scott DesJarlais, R-Jasper said he has become somewhat disillusioned with how government business is done in Washington, D.C.
“They go behind closed doors and work deals out and then they come to us to tell us how to vote by whipping us up,” DesJarlais said referring to the whip position held by both parties in Congress.
