Lady Golden Eagles lose district fete to Bearettes

It's amazing what kind of difference a year makes in relation to the Rhea County High School Lady Eagles' basketball team and its performance thus far in the season.

The Lady Eagles may have fallen to the Bradley Central Bearettes 42-19 in Tuesday's District 5-AAA matchup, but compared to the 90-22 and 67-30 lopsided victories for Bradley last season, the Lady Eagles have closed the gap.
