Teens charged in string of vandalism cases

Law enforcement officials with the Spring City Police Department [SCPD] and the Rhea County Sheriff's Department [RCSD] announced on Thursday a break in the case involving a string of vandalism throughout Spring City.

In a released statement, sheriff's deputies and city police officers alleged four juveniles were being charged with vandalism in relation to tagging a county maintenance vehicle with graffiti at Spring City Elementary over Thanksgiving break.
