Two brothers have been arrested by the Dayton Police Department [DPD] and charged with bounty hunting and the unlawful possession of a weapon, according to arrest reports.

Justin Bartley, of Rhea County Highway in Spring City, and Benjamin Bartley, of College Street in Dayton, both face charges stemming from a Friday, Jan. 4, incident, according to DPD reports.
