Dear Readers,
I hope your New Year is getting of to a good start!  There are many recipes in the column today to get you back out into the kitchen to create some delicious things for yourself, your family and friends!

When a recipe comes recommended from someone who has enjoyed it, you know it has to be good.  My friend David Myron told me about a delicious dish he had enjoyed during the holidays, and I was intrigued by it and was anxious to see the recipe.  Now that I have it I cannot wait to try it, for it sounds every bit as good as David said it is.  I appreciate David and Sue Schmidt working together to make Sue's Chili Pepper Rice Casserole available to all of us!
