Sweatbees advance in tourney

The Dayton City School (DCS) Sweatbees beat the Oliver Springs Bobcats 39-28 in the first round of the Rockwood Middle School Christmas Tournament on Thursday.

DCS coasted through the first quarter behind the scoring of Jared Edwards, who had eight of his 23 total points in the period.  The Sweatbees led 10-0 headed to the second quarter.
