The Lady Eagles of Rhea County High School finished third at the Sun Drop Classic in Warren County on Saturday, took a few days off for Christmas and then went back to work at the Wildcat Classic tournament at Hixson High School on Thursday.

In a low scoring game in the opening round, the Lady Eagles hung on to beat the Chattanooga Central Lady Purple Pounders 34-28.
