Two arrested in alleged city park drug deal

Rhea County Sheriff's Department personnel have arrested two people on drug charges stemming from an alleged sale of methamphetamine in Veterans Park in Spring City.

The alleged incident occurred on Saturday, Dec. 15, and resulted in the arrest of a Kingston, Tenn. man and a Spring City woman, according to a Rhea County Sheriff's Department report.
