Interior construction at the new Rhea County High School will be able to continue through the winter after construction manger Jamie Spencer said last week the facility will be completely enclosed soon after the new year.

At last week's county commission meeting Spencer, of Hewlett Spencer LLC, said glass is currently being installed in the windows of the new school and the facility will soon be “dried in.”
