For the second time this year, Rhea County School Board Member Patrick Fisher is facing drug and weapons charges following his arrest on Monday, according to a sheriff's department report.
Fisher is facing charges of possession of both a Schedule II and Schedule IV controlled substance as well as driving under influence of an intoxicant and possession of a weapon while under the influence.
