Dayton police said a man who had a blood alcohol content [BAC]
over twice the legal limit caused a five-vehicle wreck on Rhea County Highway on Sunday, according
to a report.
Officers arrested Philip Hawkins Sr., 52,of Dayton, after he allegedly
rear-ended a vehicle stopped at a red light at the intersection of Black Oak Ridge Road and Rhea
County Highway.
