With family, friends, coaches and administration on hand, Rhea
County High School's Julie Keener signed a golf scholarship with Tennessee Wesleyan College (TWC)
on Tuesday.
Keener enjoyed much success at Rhea County High School as she qualified
individually for the Region 3-AAA tournament as a freshman and junior. She was also a state
tournament qualifier her junior season.
