Sweetwater and put their unblemished records on the line in this young season and came away with a
clean sweep as the Lady Eagles handled the Lady Wildcats 45-26, while the Eagles dismantled the
Wildcats 51-23 on Tuesday.
“We came with a high level of energy at the very beginning tonight and that enabled us to build a nice lead at halftime,” said Lady Eagles' head coach Shane Johnston. “But, credit Sweetwater for playing hard the whole game and keeping it interesting in the second half.” For the complete story, pick up a copy of the Sunday edition of The Herald-News.
