The Rhea County Commission is set to consider two options for solving the county jail's chronic overcrowding problem at its regular meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 20.

An agenda for the upcoming meeting indicates that commissioners will discuss purchasing property near Eagle Exxon in north Dayton for $350,000.
