DCS splits Midway, sweeps E.K. Baker

The Dayton City School basketball teams recently claimed 3-out-of-4 wins as the Lady Sweatbees defeated Midway 46-11 on Monday and E.K. Baker on Friday with a 49-8 finish.  The Sweatbees battled, but fell 39-33 to Midway and won 39-27 over E.K. Baker.

The Lady Sweatbees are now 3-0 with their latest win over Midway.

DCS head coach Kristy Hurst attributed most of the Lady Sweatbees' success to a great defensive effort and controlling the rebounding department.
