Rhea YMCA hosts Funky Monkey Race 
Author: Ernie Harris Pictured are participants in the third annual Funky Monkey Night Race hosted by the Rhea Family YMCA held on Friday, Nov. 2, in downtown Dayton. The race began and ended at the YMCA and 120 runners ran in two respective races.
50 people ran in the one-mile fun run/walk and 70 ran in the 5-mile run. All profits benefitted the YMCA's Strong Kids Program, which helps to cover scholarships for child care, sports participation and memberships.
