A Georgia man's trip to a local restaurant last week ended with him in the back of a police car after cops drew their weapons at him.

Mitchell Allen Tulloss, 21, of Lawrenceville, Ga., was arrested on Jan. 26, for possession of cocaine after Rhea County Narcotics Investigator Mike Bice reported he found 10 to12 grams of crack on Tulloss at the Huddle House parking lot in Dayton.

Bice said 10 to12 grams of cocaine would fetch about $1,000-$1,200 on the street.

Bice and Chief Sheriff's Deputy John Argo said they got information that day about a silver Chevrolet Impala parked behind the Rhea County Highway restaurant.

Argo and Bice said the car looked "suspicious."

While Bice approached the front of the car, Argo walked toward it from behind and allegedly spotted Tulloss reaching into his pants.

"He's reaching in his pants," Argo reportedly shouted at Bice.

When Bice saw that, he rushed the car with gun and badge drawn, according to a police report.

Tulloss allegedly refused to put his hands up, so Bice opened the car door, reached in and laid Tulloss on the ground.

After searching him, Bice and Argo said they found what they believed to be several rocks of crack cocaine stuffed in Tulloss's pants.

They arrested him and took him to the Rhea County Jail.

Tulloss posted a $5,000 bond on Jan. 29 and has to check in with court officials every day as part of mandated supervision. His first court date has not yet been set, according to officials at the Rhea County Sheriff's Department.
