In the boys’ division of the Rhea County High School [RCHS] Holiday Shootout Tournament, the RCHS Eagles finished 1-2, defeating the Whitwell Tigers in the first round, before falling to Franklin County and Glenwood, Ala., in the next two games.
Glenwood 70, Eagles 45
Glenwood showed why they were the second-best team in the tournament behind Baylor by producing 20 points in each of the first two quarters to lead the Eagles 40-19 at the half.
