The City of Dayton will consider methods to hamper the production of methamphetamine through the restriction of the purchase of ephedrine, which according to law enforcement officials has helped limit meth lab seizures.
Dayton Police Chief Chris Sneed has asked for the City Council to consider the measure at the regular monthly meeting on Monday, Dec. 2.
