Pharmacies within the city limits of Spring City could soon be requiring a prescription in order to sell pseudoephedrine after city officials voted unanimously to pass the first reading of the ordinance on Thursday.
In order to take full effect, the Spring City Commission must pass the ordinance a second time, and that reading is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 5.
