The suspect in a quadruple murder in Crossville, Tenn., who was apprehended in Rhea County last week has still not been formally charged with the crime, and law enforcement agencies are still collecting evidence to present to a special-called grand jury that could meet this week, according to law enforcement officials.
Tennessee Bureau of Investigation spokesperson Kristin Helm said the TBI is still currently investigating the case and trying to gather evidence to present to a grand jury in the future.
