The Dayton City Council met in a work session to discuss the possible expansion of Dayton City School [DCS] on Friday morning and agreed the area of an expansion would be from the south end of the school and would take an area where a playground and a practice ball field are located.
The board met with architect Derrick Clemow, who is with Upland Design Group in Crossville. Clemow worked on a previous expansion at the school and is familiar with the DCS possible expansion plans considered in the past.
