The Lady Bass Anglers Association [LBAA] presented a two-day tournament on Friday and Saturday out of the Dayton Boat Dock on Lake Chickamauga, where local pro anglers Jenny Nevans of Dayton, Grandview’s Ada Reed and Dayton’s Cindy Hatfield were among the hopefuls competing for the top prize.
Hatfield, an ICU nurse at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, claimed second place with 19.53 pounds worth of fish in her professional debut as a boater, while Reed came in fifth place with 12.41 pounds. Nevans finished in tenth place at 7.80 pounds.
