Whether the City of Dayton can compensate an agent it does business for losses was under question and delayed the signing of two contracts, for now, at the city council’s regular monthly meeting on Monday.
One contract was with BIS Online for credit card payments for the city and another was the new lease with the State of Tennessee Department of Human Services at the municipal building on 4th Avenue.
