A Monday morning wreck on Black Oak Ridge Road in Dayton claimed the life of an 84-year-old woman, according to officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol [THP].
According to a preliminary THP report, Dorothy Runyan, of Dayton, was pronounced dead on arrival at Erlanger in Chattanooga. The report states she died from injuries sustained in the two-vehicle wreck that occurred at 9:45 a.m. on Monday.
