Dayton’s building inspector said on Friday that he has found no faults in the conversion of several historic homes in south Dayton to mental health care facilities.
City of Dayton Building Inspector Ronnie Raper visited the sites on Wednesday and found out — in a word — what the contractors were doing wrong.
