The charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon against Spring City resident Bradley Collins have been dropped, according to local legal officials.
The charges stemmed from an incident in September 2012 where Collins, who was employed as a deputy with the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office, was accused of discharging a firearm in the direction
of his former stepfather during a domestic incident.
