A Graysville man has been found guilty of raping a child and was sentenced to 25 years without the possibility of parole in a plea agreement entered into Rhea County Criminal Court on Wednesday.
Oscar Livingston, 43, of Burnett Street in Graysville, was charged with rape of a child and incest after he allegedly sexually assaulted a child between March 1, 2012, and Aug. 31, 2012, according to Rhea County Grand Jury indictments released in February.
