A Dayton man is facing a second-degree murder charge after allegedly beating a nearly 90-year-old man with an aluminum baseball bat so severely that he died almost one month later, according to investigators.
Jeremy Lynden Myrick, 30, of Old Washington Highway in Dayton, was arrested Friday after the grand jury returned the indictment on Monday, April 1.
