A Chatsworth, Ga., man and his wife have filed suit in federal district court in Chattanooga against Bryan College, Fort Bluff Camp and the National Association of Christian Athletes, accusing the parties of negligence in an injury the man claims he suffered at an obstacle course in July 2012, according documents obtained from the district court.
Larry Moss and his wife, Melinda, are listed as plaintiffs in the suit filed last week while the National Association of Christian Athletes, World Missions International, Fort Bluff, Bryan College and five unnamed parties are named as defendants.
