Wesley Strader, a Spring City native and professional angler on the FLW Tour recently finished 43rd out of 173 anglers to claim a $10,000 prize at the 2013 season opener at Lake Okeechobee, Fla., where Dayton natives Michael Neal brought home third-place honors and Andy Morgan captured fourteenth place.

At the tournament, Strader, a 17 year pro, caught 10 bass for a two-day total weight of 26.04 pounds.
