A Dayton man was arrested Friday after an alleged double-shooting that evening, according to Dayton Police Chief Chris Sneed.
Angel Rivera, of Dayton, was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder and felony reckless endangerment in the allege shooting of two people in the 700 block of Richland Street in Dayton.
