The Rhea Family YMCA is now holding registration for an adult basketball league for ages 18 and older.  Registration will run through January and the season will run from January until March.  The cost is $300 per team.  
In addition to the league, the YMCA will host an adult league tournament, beginning on Friday, Jan. 18, and running through Sunday, Jan. 20.  Each team will be guaranteed three games in this single elimination tourney.

The 2013 Heartland Anglers Winter Tournament schedule began on Nov. 3 and will run through February.  Other  dates of the event will include Dec. 1, Dec. 15, and Dec. 29 of this year as well as Jan. 12, Jan. 26, and Feb. 9 of next year. The host site for these dates will be the Spring City boat dock with days scheduled to run from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Entry fees are $50 for every boat and a $10 dollar lunker.
