An apartment developer is already taking advantage of Graysville's high-density rezoning move last month and said at a city commission meeting last week that plans are already underway to construct duplexes on newly rezoned property.

During Thursday's meeting, developer Wayne Hixson said he plans to construct four brick apartment units on the corner of Bridge Street and Harrison Avenue.
